We are in the area waiting to sail on the QM2. Wanting everything to be perfect, we booked an appointment with Kate at Happy Tails near Romsey. Our dog is a Newfoundland, which is a big job, even with diligent daily grooming. Kate kindly accepted us and was good as gold. Ruby was greeted like a welcome repeat customer and instantly fell in love--when I left her alone for her first-ever professional groom, she looked at me like "are you still here?" I had a worry-free three hours off, knowing Ruby was in very good hands. But what awaited me on my return exceeded my most optimistic hopes. Ruby looked absolutely great and, more important, she was happy, relaxed, and didn't seem at all eager to leave Happy Tails. It's the best possible recommendation, and they earned every bit of it with their loving care, hard work, and exceptionally fair prices. We hope everyone will try Happy Tails. Thanks for a great spa day for Ruby and a great worry-free day for us!

Well what can I say THANK YOU your service is amazing my dog went to you all smelly and she came home smelling gorgeous I would recommend Kate to anyone that needs thier dog cleaned clipped and claws cutt Kate is very friendly and very professional and professional appearance too my dog came home with a pretty bow too and was very happy with her pamper session thank you so much Hun xx

My maximus was a bit of a handful to say the least.... would snap and bite anyone! With Kate he just stood there And allowed her to clip his nails (something the local vet and other groomers couldnt do without the risk of being bitten). Sadly my boy has passed away and I have relocated but if I was still local I would be using Kate for our new addition Harley.

Dynamite used to dread his hair cut due to some upsetting times with previous groomers not having the patience with him. Then we went to Kate and I couldn't be happier you can really tell her love for dogs and the patience and time she has taken with Dynamite has made a vast improvement in the grooming experience. Kates personal touch and professionalism is fantastic. Dynamite always comes out smelling and looking like a million dollars.

Our schnauzer is very sensitive and after a bad experience with another groomer she was pretty nervous being clipped. Kate is brilliant with her. Incredibly patient and kind, Pepper comes back looking great and very happy. The pick up and return service Kate offers is so helpful too. Would most definitely recommend Happy Tails Dog Grooming.
